Return Policy
VIP Scooters wants you to always be 100% satisfied with your purchase of our products.
We take pride in customer satisfaction. However, we have a no return/refund policy specific to certain items. Although, if the item that you have purchased falls under this regulation we will do our best to help you with a solution that is more fitting to you. We have options on our showroom floor that you can try before you buy.
However, special situations/circumstances may apply. We will discuss any and all options with our customers to determine the best options for you.
The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.
Restocking Fees
All returnable products are subject to at least a 25% restocking fee, this may vary depending on many factors of a return.
Return rules and Restrictions
- Cancelled orders are subject to restocking fee.
- You must include the original packing slip/sales receipt. Make sure to save copies of these for your records.
- Your returned item(s) must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept third party billing or cash on delivery for returned merchandise.
- You can expect a refund in that same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 days of VIP Scooters or the manufacturer receiving and inspecting your returned product.
- Special order items are non-refundable, whether purchased over the phone or in store.
Prior Authorization
- All items must be approved by VIP Scooters in order to qualify for a return.
- You are responsible for contacting VIP Scooters within 3-5 days of receiving your purchased item.
- Returns are at the discretion of VIP Scooter associates, under specific guidelines they are required to follow.
- If an item is returned without authorization, a refund will not be given.
- You are responsible for the shipping, handling, and any additional costs of returning an item.
